WELCOME TO AFFCAD SCHOOL

AFFCAD School is a community based school that was established in June 2011 by Action For Fundamental Change And Development (AFFCAD) an NGO that works with slum communities under its Education program. The school was started with an aim of eradicating illetracy within the slum community of Bwaise where illiteracy rates among children were still high due to lack of a government aided school within the area.
Supported by AFFCAD and its partners, the school provides children between three and twelve years with affordable quality Nursery and Primary school Education.

Nursery Section

Class From Baby Class to Top Class

Our early years foundation curriculum focuses on providing a creative and caring environment and fostering a play to learn atmosphere through an infusion of games and play with focus on developing an all round child.

Primary Section

Class From Primary one To Primary Seven

Our primary section is guided by the approved Ministry of Education national curriculum of Primary One to Primary Seven. Our primary section focuses on core academic, character and moral development integrated with cocurricular activities to bring out a well rounded child.

WHY AFFCAD SCHOOL?

AFFCAD School provides a holistic curriculum for the comprehensive development of a child. It is activity based and involves experiential learning. It offers a wide range of cocurricular activities like sports, swimming, music, dance and drama to ensure an all rounded child.

While education is important for your child's development, Play time is equally as important to your child's development and that is why children at the school are given time to relax through play.

MEAL TIME

Meal time is a time for the children to bond. AFFCAD school offers your children with nutritious foods for breaktime and lunch time to ensure that your child is healthy.
